1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. Don't share your account with others.
2. Acceptable use
Use Elly for personal productivity and wellbeing. Don't use it to harass others, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your settings.
4. Content you add
You own the content you add (tasks, notes, contacts). You grant Elly a limited licence to store and process it so the app can function for you.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll let you know about material changes in-app or by email.
